TERMS OF SERVICES
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms of services.
GENERAL :
✧ I have the right to refuse any commision if I'm not comfortable doing it.
✧ Don't use or put my artwork into AI!
✧ Must credit my work as Chimonny and don't claim to have made the artwork.
✧ All commission pieces are personal use. Customers are not allowed to edit my work without my permission.
✧ Customer are not allowed to resell or make any profit off my work.
✧ Commercial use is charged extra, such as merchandise and products.
✧ I will give you progress from sketch - coloring - final.
✧ I can only make small detail changes after finishing the commission.
✧ Character references are needed, I will charge extra cost if there's no references.
✧ When I finish your commission I will send it to you by a Google Drive link to keep quality.PAYMENT:
✧ All payment is upfront, I will start work only after the payment has been made.
I will tell you the total price of the commission plus any applicable fees before you agree to pay.
✧ Refunds are available if I have not started on your commision or I can't finish it.
✧ Max. revision 3x (except for the sketches). If the revision exceeds 3 times, customer will get charged.COMMISSIONERS ARE ALLOWED TO :
✧ The commissioner can use the commission wherever they want but can't claim the work as theirs.
✧ Print the image on objects or paper for personal use only.
✧ Only customers who have paid for commercial use, are allowed to use it commercially.
